I’ve been wearing them everyday. Even at night. I do feel the difference. I washed them and let them air dry so I went overnight without wearing them. My knee was sore the next morning. Although I don’t have swelling in my legs, I do feel the knee compress helps to keep my knee firm. I had ACL repair about 30 years ago and never had any significant problems till about 5 years ago.
